SHIPPING, TRACKING AND DELIVERY
We deliver products using Couriers Please and Australia Post service domestically in Australia. We ship out via Australia Post for all international orders .Orders are dispatched within 2-3 business days. Shipping times are estimated at between 3-7 business days depending on your location within Australia.Please note all online orders will be shipped out in a satchel. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location. Exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout.
TRACKING
All customers will be notified of their tracking ID via email once its been dispatched through our warehouse. You can track your order delivery via couriersplease.com.au. Once dispatched, you can also enquire via Couriers Please by calling 1300 36 1000and quoting your tracking ID.
PRICING
All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and services tax). Product prices are regularly updated when price changes are received from our suppliers.
