Australian Leather delivers orders within Australia.

Shipping times are estimated at between 2-14 business days for Ugg Boot orders depending on stock availability and your location within Australia. For Sheepskin or Leather jacket orders, the delivery time frame will be 3-4 weeks time. When placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email immediately after your purchase, and 24-48 hours after providing an approximate dispatch date.

Please note that during peak periods like Easter and Christmas, some items may take a little longer to get to their destination.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Australian Leather ensures all orders are correctly packaged and dispatched. If an item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will review and replace the item if the fault is confirmed on our part.
